The firm was established and is led by Slawomir Paul Cebulski, a veteran with an unique blend of experience; Scientist and researcher by education and much of his career, turned Strategic Procurement and external innovation professional for the remaining years of his career at Johnson & Johnson.

 Slawomir has started his career at Reckitt and Coleman (currently RB) where he was responsible for antimicrobial testing and product evaluation for new claims. He supported marketing as well as product design teams.

After five years, he accepted an offer to join Johnson and Johnson in Skillman NJ – the global HQ for the Consumer division. In the next eight years, he moved up from a scientist to a laboratory manager and departmental lead with global responsibilities. In that role, Slawomir collaborated with suppliers to evaluate new antimicrobials, preservatives and other novel technologies. He was a member of the global microbiology team, co-developing several global procedures and policies.

As an avid advocate for Consumers, he was heavily involved and represented the department in the Global Ingredients Policies and Stewardship – a large cross-departmental team.

Concurrently, Slawomir spent over a year on an assignment as a Franchise Lead in the Baby group – responsible for development and reformulations of the Johnson’s Baby portfolio of products. With this added experience, Slawomir has decided and was supported by the senior management to leave the R&D function and to expand his horizons and gain business acumen.

He has accepted a role as the Global Advanced Sourcing and Innovation manager – an internal, procurement function that proactively worked with marketing and R&D to align external partners and suppliers to deliver upon future needs of the company. In this role Slawomir was involved in a number of negotiations and new programs between Johnson and Johnsons and various chemical suppliers. With this additional knowledge and expended network in the industry, Slawomir took on responsibilities within the Global enterprise chemical procurement group. He managed a portfolio of ingredients valued at over $85 million, engaged in negotiations for key ingredients, identified alternative suppliers and supported major production relocations between the USA and EU regions.

With his deep understanding of chemistry, biology, consumer trends and latest market needs and with his expansive network in the industry, Slawomir offers a critical and insightful advice to solve unmet needs, link internal R&D activities and concepts with potential suppliers that can scale up and deliver on the best possible solutions. As a procurement professional he can assist in solving some of the challenges of Supply Chain, resolve shortage and recommend BCP, reduce the cost of finished products and identify opportunities for reliable and yet value driven technologies. One of his biggest achievements in the recent years was a major undertaking to harmonize, dual-source and reduce extraneous suppliers’ relationships across an entire portfolio of products with revenue of over $800MM / annually, reducing portfolio of raw material from over 400 to around 140.
